acne treatment tools

boyfriend has lots of pimples?

So we did not want to be rude or mean, but my BF doesn't do anything for black spots .. I tol you have to cleaning or disposing of them, because its not healthy … So I buy a brush and clean and clear acne cream for acne treatment … He used it yesterday and lets see how it goes … I hope that gets rid of them .. because I think his skin is soo much better without him. Bonus for me too:) hehe anyway anyone ever used? Me mean really can not believe that a bush is going to clean stubborn spots all … squeezing out? My mother almost killed me when you see it in his face and squeezes out .. theres to be some type of tool used for this? I love my boyfriend and I'm not trying to change it ..
