You have three things you can do to prevent and treat acne. Are opening the pores, killing bacteria and reducing oil. There is no right time to begin acne treatment. The best thing to do is prevent inflammation. The first things everyone wants to do when they see a pimple is to collect in it or squeeze it. This could cause the stroke to stay longer and become bright red. That could take weeks or months to clear the redness. This is however not a scar, that will disappear. Acne Scarring usually comes Grain also known as cyst.
The first thing to do is open the pores. This can be done with gentle cleansers, masks or products scrub cleaning. Pore opening can be done with a peel masque that helps to cleanse the face and clean the pores. These masques usually contain salicylic acid. Salicylic acid can dry the skin and require the use of a non-clogging moisturizer. Another way to keep the skin clean with a mild soap such as Neutrogena or Dove. Once again the application of soap to the face can cause dryness. This is important not to clog pores with heavy moisturizers.
You have to kill the bacteria that causes or may cause inflammation. Use an antibacterial cleaner or a tropical application. To kill bacteria that can use a product benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Watch your skin for allergic reactions, such as dry, red skin patches. Some people may experience a reaction allergic to the use of benzoyl peroxide. A tropical application might work better for those who can not use antibacterial cleaners. Find topical applications in a lotion, cream or gel. Topical application of benzoyl peroxide have, but is not as hard as cleaning.
Reduce the oil is another important step in prevention and treatment of acne. You do not want to stop the oil glands artificially, as it could cause other health problems, so you want to reduce the amount of oil on the skin surface. Use an astringent to remove excess oil. Exfoliating the skin is what will help to reduce the amount of oil on the skin surface. Masks that contain sulfur are one way to get the oil out. Moreover, antibacterial pads are a good way to clean face oil. The only problem I can see is dry and clean of stains on the antibacterial tablets.
Keep in mind that to keep the oil to a minimum is essential to treat and prevent acne. There are natural solutions and other acne reputable cleaning treatments that work just as well if not better. You can use something that does not dry the skin and cause a new problem to face. Just because the skin of dry face products are hard to use, does not mean that acne will not occur. The best thing to use is something that cleans the hair oil and keeps skin soft.
