I have a friend who has been in the skin care industry for 40 years. I have learned so much from her about a variety of skin care problems and solutions.
Here are two of her tips. Never use a moisturizer on your forehead or the nose. Oil from your scalp travels down to the forehead. If you forehead seems oily or is prone to breaking out, you might try a more gentle and less oily shampoo, or just condition the ends of your hair.

The reason you do not moisturize your nose is that it is cartilage ( not sure if I spelled that right-yay spell check). Your cartilage loves the moisture to allow it to keep growing. The nose will never stop growing so you can slow it down some. This is great news to me since I am Italian and my Roman Nose roams all over my face (family joke).

Ok, you talked me into one more tip: Do not pop those zits. There is a protective area at the top, and once you pop, although it seems to be the cure the bad bacteria has entered the wound and will add little volcanic zit buddies to your skin where there was only one eruption before you are gonna get more. Avoid the temptation to pop.

Nice tips and I think the conclusion – “f your acne is severe, a dermatologist can help you determine the acne treatment approach that is most suited to you and your skin.” should be of outmost importance!
